BURBAGE SAVERNAKE ROAD SU 26 NW (west side) 1/57 South House, Warren Farm GV II

Estate house, c1830. Rendered with stone dressings, slate roof. Two storeys, 3 x 2 bays, with line rusticated quoins. Central panelled door within stone surround with flat moulded cornice. Twelve-paned sash windows without surrounds. Parapet over cornice, returned at ends and continued up verge to form pediment to gables. Gable stacks. To rear, 2 storey lean-to. Forms group with Central and North houses (qq.v)
