Details
BRATTON COURT LANE ST 9152 (off east side) 11/15 St Anne's Cottage II Detached cottage. Mid C17, altered C20. Square-panelled timber- framing with tension bracing, partly rendered, pantiled roof with half-hip to right and brick stack to left. Two bays. Two-storey, 2-window west front. Recessed C20 door to left, 3-light casement to right. Two 2-light casements to first floor; this wall rendered. Left return with exposed timber-frame; jowled main posts on padstones, C20 planked door and 2-light casement either side, single casement to first floor. Rear with exposed timber- frame, single light and 2-light casements to ground floor, first floor has two 2-light and one single-light casement. Interior has exposed timber-frame, deep chamfered beams, open fireplace to south end has chamfered cambered lintel on stone jambs.
