GV II C18, of similar design to Nos 81 and 92 Church Street and probably of similar date but altered in the C19. The front has a parapet, arched modillion cornice with a central open pediment and 2 outer 2 storeyed splayed bays, rebuilt in the C19. The windows are C19 double-hung sashes with single vertical glazing bars. A central doorway has a semi-circular fanlight, pilasters and an open pediment. Roof tiled.
