House, late C16 or early C17 with alterations of C19 and C20. 1½ storeys and attics. 3-cell cross-passage and lobby-entrance plan. Timber-framed, the front wall cased in C19 painted brick. Corrugated asbestos roof, formerly thatched, with monopitch casement dormers and axial chimney rebuilt C20 in red brick. 3-light late C19 casements with segmental-arched heads. Boarded C19 entrance doors. Some timber-framing exposed internally; a blocked unglazed mullioned window at 1st floor. Wind-braced clasped-purlin roof, formerly hipped at right-hand end; the left hand section renewed C18 or C19. The left hand cell was added C19.
