Originally part of a C16 brick wall enclosing the Augustinian Priory which stood on the present site of Christchurch Mansion, Largely rebuilt in the C18 and later but retaining some old brickwork It runs on the north and west sides of the churchyard of St Margaret's Church. The best part of the wall lies on the west side of the churchyard.
