Coach house, stables and hayloft. Mid C19. Coursed rubble with hammer dressed ashlar quoins and dressings; clay tile roof; coursed, squared and dressed rubble stacks. 3 ranges enclosing a rectangular courtyard, those to North and West adjoin one another and have a common roof line. West Range: 2 storeys; 4 roof bays; Ground Floor has a 2-leaved coach house door to left, board door to left of centre flanked on right hand by a top opening window; stable doors to centre and right of centre, the latter flanked by top opening windows; first floor has windows to left, centre and 2 to left of centre; hayloft opening with board door to right of centre; door to right approached by flight of steps; integral end stack to left. Tallet steps to left hand gable leading to first floor door with straight dripstone. North Range: 2 storeys; 3 roof bays; Ground Floor has a stable door to right of centre and to left of centre, both with, to right hand, a top opening window; First Floor door to left approached by stone steps common to both North and West ranges; loft openings to left of centre and to right of centre. Board door to right in gap between North and last ranges. East Range: 1 storey; board doors to left and left of centre, both with, to right hand, a top opening window; blocked door to right of centre; ridge stack to right of centre. Pair of coach house doors to South gable end.
