House. C18 with C19 addition. Coursed limestone rubble; clay tile roof; ashlar ridge stack and integral end stack; hammer-dressed ashlar integral end stack to South. Originally a 2-room plan with outshot to rear under a catslide roof, making a rough L-shape; integral end stacks; originally entered from left hand side of left hand room, staircase accommodated to rear of left hand room in out-shot. Extended towards the south in the mid C19, when the old door was blocked and a new one built in the extension. 2 storeys; 3 windows, casements, those to right of centre and left of centre are C18 and retain a central flat faced mullion; those to right are mid-C19 and have raised sills; small single light window to ground floor left occupying the position of a former doorway; C20 door to right with lozenge light, a building break above and on the line of the left hand jamb shows clearly that the house is of 2 main phases. Interior: Exposed stopped and chamfered beams; chamfered mullions; small cupboard in right hand wall of centre room.
