1. 5369 TUTBURY BELMOT ROAD SK 22 NW 5/3 ----------- Chapel House Farm House II

2. Early C19. Brick with hipped slate roof and end brick stacks. Bold eaves. Two-storey and of 5 bays. Central pediment to slightly projecting 3-window bay. Sash windows with plain lintels. Flat string courses between storeys. Doorway has moulded frame and entablature and rectangular fanlight with geometrical glazing.
