5/70 Cross approx. 5 yards west of No. 51(Cross 17.7.51 House) (formerly listed as Cross to the east of the Swan Hotel)

Village cross. Probably C13, restored 1887. Medieval stepped base with panel on west side of top step inscribed "ERECTED A.D. 1253 / RESTORED A.D. 1887". C19 square shaft with wide chamfers and run-out stops, surmount- ed by a cross.
