1875. Designed by W & S T Martin of Nottingham. Red brick; 3 and 4 storeys.
Of 9 bays, each recessed and arched with blue brick and stone rings, the latter
continued as bands, plain stone keyblocks; semi-circular headed windows generally
retaining original cast iron lights; stone sills on corbels; corbelled brick
eaves and stone cornice, above which on right-band side is a 3-light attic
storey, the top portion of which is a metal water tank with panelled sides.
Ground storey has 2 small modern projecting bays, a semi-circular headed doorway
in 2nd bay from right-hand side flanked by a modern canted bay window.
