BALANCE STREET 1. 1756 (North Side) No 32 (Police Station) SK 0933 1/5 II 2. Early C19. Plain red brick; stucco plinth, band and moulded eaves cornice; small parapet; 3 sash windows. Centre (1 window) breaks forward twice, as does also the cornice. 2 storeys. Plain stucco doorcase with engaged columns and frieze and cornice; tiles.
