Chapel. Apparently C14, restored circa 1885. Coursed and squared sandstone; plain tile roof. Rectangular plan with diagonal buttresses and small square western bellcote with pyramidal roof. Pointed east window with three trefoil headed lights, Geometric tracery and hood mould terminating in heads; C19 north and south windows of two and three lights respectively. North and south doors, both with segmental heads. A stepped link at the west end of the chapel attaches it to Haselour Hall (q.v.).
Interior inspection not possible at time of resurvey.
