Watermill. Early C19; tie rods to later front addition are dated 1838. Brick, roughly coursed into English garden wall band; gabled Welsh slate roof with brick copings; brick end and lateral stacks. Rectangular plan with wheel to left.
Three storeys and loft; front to road has four window range. Carriage arch to right; ground and first floor loading bays have enlarged doorways; truncated single storey range to left of centre with C20 flat roof. Upper floors have segmental-arched openings some wholly or partially blocked, some with glazing bars and two small windows below the eaves. One bay range to left, raised to two storeys at a later date, has tile roof. Rear of five equal bays has large segmental-arched windows with glazing bars, some partially blocked, and two eaves windows.
Interior: undershot iron water wheel to left; noted as retaining pit wheel and opening for drive shaft and stones.
