9/56 No. 74 27.11.85 GV II
House. C17 with later alterations. Timber framed with brick infill and some brick rebuilding; plain tile roof; brick off-ridge stack and corner stack. L-shaped plan, main range aligned east-west facing south with wing to the east aligned north-south, projecting south. One storey and attic, 2:1 bays, projecting gabled wing to right, casements, central eyebrow dormer; door to right of centre in angle between main range and wing. Left hand (west) gable has square panels and straight braces, partly obscured by an attached garage, and a collar and tie beam roof truss. Interior not inspected.
