Dated 1904-5. Architect: Sir Guy Dawber. Sham timber frame and roughcast, the
ground storey partly of red brick with stone angle quoins. Two storeys; U-shaped
on plan. The north-west elevation has a projecting gabled bay at either side,
each with a 5-light wood mullioned casement window; centre has 3-light gabled
dormer breaking above eaves; 2 plain doorways, the left under tiled pentice, and
the right with wood gabled porch on posts. The north-east front has 2 projecting
gabled bays, the right with a 5-light canted oriel window, the left with plain
doorway under tile pentice; 3-light box dormer at centre breaking above eaves;
leaded lights throughout; sprocket eaves; tall brick stacks; tiles.
