Late C16 with C18 and late C19 alterations. Flint (Quaternary) and Chert, with brick dressings. Black-glazed pantile roof with coped gable ends; two storeys and attic. Six windows west range with cross wing on east end along Tunn Street. West part has late C19 corbelled brick eaves and six late C19 moulded mullion/transom windows in rendered architraves, left hand late C19 splayed bay and right hand late C19 porch with large open pediment, semi-circular blind fanlight containing wooden pediment; panelled double doors. Inside porch good fluted pilastered doorway with large fielded panel door. Three good late C17/18 pedimented dormers with two-light casements with leaded panes. Large brick chimney stack at west end with three octagonal shafts with moulded bases. Two downpipes with rainwater heads dated "IL 1724". Right hand (east) cross wing, gable end projecting, two windows and one attic window, similar late C19 moulded mullion/transom casements. Various irregularly arranged casements on east side facing Tunn Street.
