2. Early C19, 3 storey, brick, painted. Pantiled roof, eaves cornice, 2 front pilasters. 3 flush frame sash windows at 1st floor now with centre glazing bars only. Wood shop fronts. Nos 22, 24 and Nos 30 to 34 (even) form a Group with No 1 Park Lane.

Group value note should be amended to read:
