Early C17 possibly 1641. Two storeys and attics with steep old stone slate roof. Dressed coursed stone face. Central entrance has four-centre-arched head with moulded surround. Left of centre is three-storey gabled bay, five-light mullioned windows, dripmould above each storey, finials on apex and kneelers of the gable. Large stone inset in gable with initials E.H. and I.H. Right-hand side of the entrance is a canted five-light bay to the ground floor. Three-light mullioned window to fist floor large gabled dormer, gable similar to that on the bay, three-light window.

Interior:- two early fireplaces, one with the same initials as on stone in gable of the bay. See also No 12.

All the listed buildings on the east side of North Streret form a group.
