Dated 1731. Roughcast, slate roof, 2 storeys, panelled door with dated lintel, 2 sash windows on ground floor and 3 horizontal sliding sashes above. Small cobbled forecourt in front.

Nos 13, Nos 17 to 25 (odd), Nos 31 to 55 (odd), No 38, Nos 46 to 86 (even) together with Nos 47A and Kirkgate House form a group.
