House. c1912, possibly by Romaine-Walker. Arts and Crafts style. Small blocks of coursed squared sandstone and ashlar. Plain tile hipped and gabled roof. Two brick ridge stacks and a stack just off the ridge.
Two storeys. South elevation of five bays with centre gabled bay advanced. Outer bays gabled. Off-centre flat-roofed porch with panelled door. To the right a three-light and a larger three-light small pane casement. To the left are two four-light and a three-light casement. The first floor has a three-light casement in the centre, flanked by four-light and three-light casements. In the centre gable a rectangular breather and in the outer gables decorative stone lozenge panels made up of four small lozenges.
