Formerly dwelling and shop, now offices. Mid C18. Rough rendered on timber frame to
parapet at front; two projecting rubble wings at rear. Stone slate roof. Three
storeys, five windowed; top floor four sash and central Venetian with top of arched
light boarded over, all these with glazing bars. First floor similar but no glazing
bars; ground floor fill with C19 shop front with slender colonnettes and flat
elliptical heads to plate glass. Six panel door with planted mouldings, plain glazed
elliptical fanlight, right. C18 staircase with twisted balusters, some C18 panelling,
structural beams, some chamfered and stopped.
Across yard C17 rubble building with stone slate roof on some original timbers. Two
storeys, openings blocked. Stone stacks.
