BULWICK MAIN STREET SP9694 (South side) 12/21 Inchmore House
GV II
House. C17 and C18. Regular coursed and squared coursed limestone with Collyweston slate roof. Originally probably 3-unit plan at right angles to the road. Part single storey with attic and part 2 storeys. 4-window range, of irregularly spaced casements, under wood lintels. 2 hipped eaves dormers to right. Part-glazed door, with C20 porch, to centre and C20 door to right, under wood lintels. Bay to far right is set back and was probably a later build. Brick stacks at ridge, Bay to left, abutting road, removed mid C20. Interior; rooom to right of entrance has remains of an open fireplace with bressumer. Room to left of entrance and kitchen to far right have C18 fielded panelled dados. Kitchen has exposed ceiling joists, laid horizontally.
