Probably late C17 origin, mainly mid C18. Squared coursed limestone with
Collyweston slate roof. Originally stables for 2 horses, coachhouse with hayloft
over, and attached rectangular dovecote. C20 garage doors and plank door to
left. One leaded casement, to first floor left, and eaves dormer to right. Left
gable has ashlar parapets. Left gable has sash window under stone lintel with
keyblock. Rear elevation has C20 windows and one eaves dormer. Dovecote,
attached to right of main front, has central glover with pyramid roof. Interior:
some LIB roof structure remains. There is evidence in the gable end that the
roof was raised, probably from thatch in C18. Dovecote not inspected but noted
