STOKE DOYLE MAIN ROAD TL08NW (East side) 4/121 Dovecote and attached walls 23/05/67 approx. 20m. E of Manor Farmhouse (Formerly listed as Ruins of dovecote at Manor House) GV II
Dovecote and attached walls. Late C17. Squared coursed limestone. Square plan. 2 stages. Raised band between stages. Small square-head doorway. 2-light stone mullion windows in south and east faces. No roof. Interior of dovecote not inspected. Parts of attached walls have built-up coping and form 2 sides of former walled garden to Manor Farmhouse and attached wall (q.v.). Also forming part of former garden layout with walls approximately 100 metres south-east of Manor Farmhouse (q.v.).
