Stables now two dwellings. Mid/late C18 converted to dwellings late C20. Squared coursed limestone with stone slate roof. Originally a rectangular range of stables. Two storeys. Together comprising an 11-window range of leaded casements under wood lintels; some windows are C20. Four C20 plank and panel doors between windows, also under wood lintels. Outline of carriage arch, now blocked, to centre of range. Ashlar stacks at ridge and end.

Interiors not inspected.

Originally the stables to Cotterstock Hall and attached outbuildings (q.v.).
