- II
House. C17. Coursed squared ironstone, slate roof, flanking stone stacks. T-plan. 2 storeys, cellar and attic, 3 bays. Central window, in place of former doorway, has keystoned lintel, and 2-light wooden casement. 3-light stone mullioned window with square hood on either side. Small stone framed window (blocked) to right bay. 3-light stone mullioned windows with square hoods on the first floor. C20 dormer with metal casement. Coped gable ends with kneelers. Moulded stone stacks. 2-light stone mullioned window to cellar on left side. 3-light stone mullioned window with square hood to ground and first floor. C20 two-light wood casement window with wood lintel to attic. Rear wing, C17, similar materials, one storey, one bay, has coped gable end with kneelers. Extension to right, probably C18, heightened C20. Similar materials. One storey and attic, 3 bays. Doorway with wood lintel and plank stable door in left bay. 2-light casement window with wood lintel to right. Doorway in right bay with wood lintel and plank stable door. Interior not inspected.
