Town house, now office. Late C18/early C19. Squared coursed ironstone with slate roof. Double-depth plan. Three storeys. Five-window range. Central six-panelled door with large fanlight and C19 moulded wood hood with pediment and dentilled cornice. Sash windows reducing in height at second floor. Those at first and second flour have glazing bars; all have rusticated stucco surrounds. Rusticated stucco quoins and moulded stone cornice. Ashlar gable parapets and stone stacks at ends.

Rear is similar: two storeys with eaves parapet; large C19 single storey projection to left.

Interior: Entrance hall has flight of steps leading to a square lobby with a plain vaulted ceiling. Same six-panelled doors at ground floor. All ground and first floor rooms have panelled window reveals.
