House, now facade to C20 flats. Mid C19 restored C20. Limestone ashlar with C20 plain-tile roof. Two storeys. Main facade of six window range of four- and six-light stone-mullion windows with transoms. Large oriel window with stone mullions to left of centre has large gable above with smaller flanking gables; all in Tudor style. Stone porch to right of centre has four-centred moulded stone arch with armorial tablet above. Left gable is of similar style. Hatton Hall is reputed to date from 1783.
