MEARS ASHBY WILBY ROAD SP8366, SP86NW (South side) 16/264, 3/264 Nos.24 and 26 (Ivy cottage) and attached barn to E

House, now 2 dwellings. Mid C18. Regular coursed lias with slate roof. Originally 3-unit plan. 2 storeys. Together comprising a 3-window range of irregularly spaced casements with glazing bars under wood lintels. No.24 has central 6-panel door with C19 wooden porch. No.26 has C20 door to far left. 2 bays to left break forward with lower eaves. Ashlar gable parapets and kneelers and brick and stone stacks at ridge and end. C18 barn now garage attached to left of No.26. Interiors not inspected but No.24 noted as having an open fireplace with bressumer.
