GV II

Pair of dwellings, formerly one farmhouse. Mid/late C17 altered C19 and C20. Coursed squared limestone, partly rendered, C20 ridged tile roof, brick ridge and end stacks. 3-unit plan. 2 storeys and attic; 2-window range. Elevation facing Mill Lane has irregular glazing of one-, 2- and 3-light casement windows with wood lintels and C20 casements to ground and 1st floor far left. 2 C20 dormer windows. Stone-coped gable to right with kneelers. 2-storey 1-window wing to left. Small 1-light window to ground floor with wood lintel and stone-coped gable with kneelers. Main block has full-height stair turret to rear centre. Entrances to Nos.10 and 12 to rear. Interior has chamfered spine beams.
