2/57 Berrington South Farmhouse II
House. Late C18. Ashlar with Welsh slate roof and C19 brick chimneys. 2-storey, 3-bay main block with lower wings projecting to sides.
Victorian panelled door in C19 gabled porch with kneelers and flat coping. 12-pane sash windows.
Single-storey 2-bay wing to right has 2 windows with shutters below and 8 small panes above. l-bay wing to left has 12-pane sash.
Gabled roof with thin raised coping and end stacks. Reverse-stepped gables.
12-pane sashes on returns and to rear; also an 18-pane staircase window.
