Chatton Park
II
House. 1830-40. Textured ashlar with tooled margins. Low-pitched, hipped Welsh
slate roof. Square plan. 2 storeys. 4 x 3 bays on plinth. Service wing to rear.
Central porch with parapet. The Percy crest, a crescent moon, in panel above
door. 12-pane sash windows in chamfered reveals with projecting sills. Broad
eaves with large paired stone brackets. 2 stone ridge chimney stacks.
Interior: 6-panelled doors in architraves, panelled shutters and early C19
staircase.
