Painted brick with stone quoins and flat arched raised archivolts. Glazing bar sash windows 1st floor and attic. 2 light casement on 2nd floor. Ground floor has modern shop front with door to left. Quoined doorway to right, part of No 23, to through passage no longer part of this property. Similar elevation to Church Row with 4 panel door to right.
St Andrew's Church together with the listed buildings in the Market Place form a group, of which Nos 8, 10 and 16 are of local interest.
