12/285 Benridge Hall Cottage 28.4.69 II
Cottage. 1803 dated over door. Brick in English Garden Wall bond. Welsh slate roof. 2-storey, 3 bay cottage with attached cartshed which has now (mid C20) been incorporated into house.
Original cottage, to left, has central half-glazed door in stone surround with scalloped decoration in the lintel and date and intials W D 1803. Flanking 16-pane casements. On 1st floor 3 small ogee-headed windows with Y-tracery.
To right 3 blocked segmental arches now with C20 12-pane windows.
Hipped roof with old brick ridge stack.
