PLEASANT ROW 1. 5204 No 1 TQ 8209 NE 8/219 II GV 2. C18 house with splayed angle. Entirely refaced recently with new weatherboarding. Tiled roof with hipped corner. 3 storeys and basement. 2 windows. Ground floor stuccoed. New sash windows without glazing. New doorway with new flat moulded hood over supported on shaped brackets and with new panelled door. End elevation facing All Saints Street one window wide, new sashes without glazing bars. Included for group value.
