Formerly Livingstone House. Early C19. Two storeys and attic, four windows. Stuccoed, ground floor rusticated. Stringcourse above ground floor. Cornice and parapet. Mansarded slate roof. Four dormers. Large curved bay window of three-lights at the east end of house on first floor. Glazing bars intact. Doors modern.
