House, now cottage pair. C16, clad in C19. Timber-framed and clad in painted brick on ground floor with decorative scalloped and plain tile- hanging in bands on first floor. Plain tiled roof with tall brick stack at right end of ridge. 2 storeys with jetty over ground floor; irregular fenestration of three triple sashes without glazing bars on first floor 6-light mullioned window at extreme left, small canted orile bay under jetty in centre on brackets, glazing bar sash towards centre and double glazing bar sash to extreme right. Boarded doors to left and right of centre, that to right with flat hood over. Quadrant link to the Swan public house at right with jetty in line with jetty of Nos 29 & 30 but lower-pitched curved plain tiled roof. Stuccoed with board marking line of jetty. Single glazing bar sash on first floor; recessed entrance with wooden arch and weather-boarding above to left on ground floor.
