Warehouse. Mid C19. High red brick and cobble plinth carrying timber-frame clad in slate. Internal cast-iron frame. Slate roof with wide overhanging eaves on eastern gable. Gabled hoist-house on western gable with weather-vane. Three storeys; four windows to each side with two to gabled ends, iron-framed casements with mesh covers. Four doorways to east, (river-front), one on each floor, with one in gable, all boarded. Three under west gable with two doorways in plinth
