Formerly Coppard's Farm. Half-H shape. North wing and probably the centre
portion are C17 or earlier timber-framed with painted brick infilling of herring-
bone pattern in north wall, east wall tile-hung, but west side facing the road
has been refaced with red brick and grey headers alternately in C18, when
the south wing was added. North and south wings have scallopped gables with
the initials "F.S.S. II ' F.S.S. 12" respectively on them. (These initials
were placed on all the buildings on the Sutton Hall estate). Tiled roof.
Casement windows. Two storeys. Four windows. Brick chimney breast with
offsets on north wall.
