House, now part of school. Early C19. Red brick with hipped parallel range plain tiled roofs. Double pile plan. Two storeys; three bay front with twelve-pane glazing bar sash windows to each floor under painted and rendered heads. Central part glazed and panelled door in cement rendered surround. Rear stacks to left and right.

Left hand return front - two sashes, one window on each floor. Three casement windows, one first and two ground floor, with balcony across first floor rear. Right hand return front: three bays, outer 24-pane cambered head windows on each floor. Central twelve-pane first floor sash over door of five-panels under diamond-pane transome light. Flat roof porch on four square pedestalled pillars.
