2 houses, now offices. No 11 early-mid C17, altered. No 1 Mint Street early C19. No 11 timber-framed with painted brick and wattle and daub infill, the front rendered, No 1 Mint Street of red and blotched grey brick in Flemish bond; plain tile roofs. No 11 of 2 storeys, 1 bay, probably formerly being the right-hand end bay of a range which ran further to the left and which has been largely rebuilt (q.v. Nos 7 and 9); No 1 Mint Street, projecting to rear right, of 2 storeys, 3 bays, the first floor office continuing over No 11 Church Street elevation; on right, steps up to door (of 4 panes over panel) in reveal with architrave; C20 shop window; first floor jettied, having C19 four-pane sash in flush wood architrave. Right return: square-panelled timber framing, on first floor with double-curved braces and 3-light window to right, in gable with raking braces and curved braces on apex collar. To right No 1 Mint Street has a board door to right of left bay and a 3-light window to its left on each floor, otherwise blind; tall brick ridge stack on left. No 11 at rear has a probably C18 wing on right, altered; and a C20 wing on left, not of special interest. Interior: No 11 on ground floor has rear-wall fireplace with shaped timber lintel and small door on its right; some old chamfered joists and broad floor boards visible.
