Shops with living accommodation above and to rear, C18 altered C19. Rubble with cut dressings, shop fronts wood; Welsh slate roof, some brick stacks. Front two storeys, four bays, irregular. Bay two half-glazed door in alternating block surround with narrow chamfer. Flanking shop fronts (to left double, to right triple with former centre door) have colonettes, moulded capitals and nailhead cornice on consoles. Renewed 12-pane sashes with tooled lintels. Right end old brick stack, left end stone stack heightened in yellow brick. Left return shows 12-pane fixed window, with renewed 12-pane sash under timber lintel above.
Attached cottage to rear left two storeys, one bay. Renewed door on right in tooled irregular-block surround with stop-chamfered lintel; 16-pane sash window with tooled lintel forming sill of small 16-pane Yorkshire sash beneath eaves. Left end stack heightened in brick.
