Farmhouse. Late C19. Brick in Flemish bond with Welsh slate roof. Restrained Arts-and-Crafts style. L-plan. 2 storeys, 2 bays. Right bay has canted mullioned-and-transomed wood oriel on wood brackets; on 1st floor 4-light flat-topped half dormer. Left bay is cross-gabled and has 4-light window with wood mullions on each floor. Roof is gabled on right with projecting end stack. Cross-gabled roof of left bay continues as catslide roof over left return. Doorway on left return.
