Barn and stable block. Late C18. Dressed coursed rubble, render
and red brick. Dressed coursed rubble barn with hipped pantile
roof. 2 1/2 storeys. Having a central doorway with double
wooden door under a segmental arch and blocked ventilation slits.
Projecting from the right is a dressed rubble and rendered 2
storey, 11 bay wing with hipped pantile roof, 3 brick ridge
stacks, single brick gable stack and further single brick stack
at the front. The 7 bays with blocked arches slightly project.
From left to right there is a single blocked doorway under a
segmental arch, 7 blocked arches, the 4th containing a single
small fixed light, 5th with doorway with wooden door, 6th with
doorway with wooden stable door and overlight and the 7th with
single C20 casement, further right are 2 doorways under segmental
arches with wooden stable doors and over lights and a single C20
casement. Above are 11 casements, the 9th from the left being
larger, the 10th being smaller. Included for group value only.
