Late C18. Three storeys in brick with new roof with end stacks and brick dentil eaves cornice.Four windows, segmental arches, no glazing bars, flush cases. Three windows to ground floor. Moulded wood doorcase with cornice to later door of four panels, rectangular fanlight.
Nos 40 and 42 form a group.
