8/170 Burnmouth Bridge, over Church Burn
II
Bridge, dated 1759 with initials W.O. (William Ord) on internal face of south parapet, widened 1933 (date on internal face of north parapet). Squared stone. Segmental arch with alternate voussoirs raised, arch ring, band below parapet; flanking pilasters carried up as piers with pyramidal caps, terminating the chamfered parapet.
