House and attached outbuildings and barn with adjacent water pump. Late C17, early C18, late C19. Early C18 house. Red brick. Plain tile roof. 2 red brick late C19 gable stacks. Brick coped gables with kneelers. Dentil, raised brick and dogtooth eaves. 2 storeys plus garret, 3 bays. First floor band. Central C19 lean-to porch of red brick and plain tiles. 6 fielded panel door and overlight. Either side are single tripartite casements with Gothick glazing bars under segmental arches. Over are 2 C19 tripartite casements with single central similar 2 light casement. To the right, set back is a brick and plain tile lean-to with single casement on the first floor. To the left is a red brick and plain tile single storey wing with single C19 ridge stack. Doorway with part glazed door to the right. Projecting is a C20 conservatory. to the rear is a lower C17 2 storey, single bay wing with coped gable and kneelers and dentil eaves. Single casement on each floor, that on the ground floor under a segmental arch. In front is the C19 painted iron water pump with decorative spout and handle. Attached to the left of the C17 bay is a single storey red brick and plain tile 3 bay outbuilding with single ridge red brick stack. Having a lean-to with plank door and to the left a single 2 light casement, both under segmental arches. Further left is a doorway with plank door. Attached to the left is a 2 storey, 3 bay red brick and pantile C18 barn with brick coped gables and kneelers. Dentil eaves. Plinth to left. Central doorway with plank stable door under segmental arch. Either side are single slit ventilators and further left and right single circular openings. Above right is a single rectangular opening. Attached to the left is a single flight of brick and stone steps with small segmental arched opening to the front. The steps lead to a doorway in the gable of the barn with plank door. to the left and set back is a red brick and pantile single storey, 3 bay range with 3 doorways with stable doors. Attached tothe left and projecting is a C18 red brick and pantile 2 storey barn with brick coped gables, kneelers and dentil eaves. Rubble plinth to right and brick plinth to left. Large blocked doorway with domestic segmental arched doorway with plank door. To the left is a large lozenge shaped ventilator with single similar smaller ventilator further left and single similar small ventilator on the right. Above are 4 cross ventilators. Interior of house has chamfered beam with ogee stops in C17 wing. Staircase with fretted balusters, some restored.
