II

Farmhouse. Mid C18 and early C20. Red brick. Plain tile roof. 2 red brick gable stacks. Brick coped gables with kneelers. Dentil eaves. Two and a half storeys, 3 bays. Projecting single storey, 3 bay C20 red brick and plain tile lean-to. Central doorway with panelled door. Either side are single narrow casements and further left and right in single slightly projecting bays are single tripartite casements. Above are 3 cross casements, with flush wedge brick lintels. On the top floor is a single semi-circular panel with rusticated surround and keyblock, either side are single segmental arched glazing bar sashes. To the right, set back, is a single storey single bay C20 extension. To the rear is a 2 storey wing with similar gable and further 2 storey and lean-to extensions.
