Details
FARNDON CHURCH STREET SK 75 SE (north side) 3/35 Pedlars Way No.2 G.V. II House. Late C18 and early C19. Red brick and ashlar. Pantile roof. 2 gable and single ridge red brick stacks. Raised, brick coped gables with kneelers. Dentil eaves. Double depth plan, the rear wing being C19. Two and a half storeys, 4 bays. Set on a plinth with first and second floor bands. Doorway with 6 fielded panel door and overlight flanked by single ashlar pilasters supporting single ashlar consoles and open pediment. To the left is a single glazing bar sash, to the right 2 similar sashes with 4 similar sashes above and 4 similar, smaller sashes on the top floor. All sashes under segmental arches.
