II
Lodge. Mid C19. Random rubble, red and yellow brick with ashlar dressings. C20 Roman tile and C19 patterned tile roofs. Chamfered brick plinth, dentillated eaves, ashlar cornice gutters, stepped coped gables with kneelers. Paired central ridge stack. Single storey plus garret, 2 bays. T plan. Windows are C20 casements in splayed brick reveals with chamfered ashlar lintels. East front has projecting gabled wing to left with canted bay window with 4 casements. Above, cartouche with owl. To right, return angle porch with doorway with stepped headed reveal containing shield inscribed 'SH'. To right, a double casement. North front has to left a projecting bay and 2 double casements. Above, a similar casement. West gable has to left, C20 casement in altered doorway, and to right, 2 casements. Above, Savile monogram in circle. South side has 2 projecting corniced square bay windows, each with a double casement.
